What is a small business?
Any for profit company or non-profit organization under 500 employees.
Best Small Business Brands by State
Companies or organizations will be judged on compelling brand story, use of documented brand best practices and business growth.
Nominations will be accepted for start-ups, for profit or non-profits that have 500 or fewer employees, for each state in the United States.
Nominations Begin: January 1, 2017
Nominations Deadline: September 31, 2017
Winners Announcement: Fourth Quarter of 2017
Nominations: Businesses or organizations can self nominate or be submitted by other organizations such as: a brand, advertising, social media or public relations agency; Department of Commerce or Tourism; SCORE; Small Business Development Centers (SBDC), financial institutions; business departments of universities, etc.
