In looking at potential brand customers, look at niche markets. Once you have identified a niche customer market, look how your brand can better connect with these individuals and add value to their life.
Here is an niche example, veterans. As of 2015, the VA estimates there were 21,369,602 million military veterans in the U.S. population.
Better connecting and adding value example: this company has reserved parking spaces closer to the store entrance to make it easier and more convenient for them to shop.
Another opportunity is around Veterans Day, which is intended to honor and thank all military personnel who served the United States in all wars. Veterans Day in 2018 is celebrated on Sunday, November 11th. How can your brand thank and honor veterans on this day or during the year?
