Every Memorable Brand Has a Good Promise

What is your promise? Is it memorable? When making company decisions, a good brand promise can help make decisions easier and better. You now have three ways to look at the decision. Does the choice make your brand:  stronger, weaker, or neutral.  

If the answer is stronger, you now know the answer. yes
If the answer is weaker, you now know the answer. no 
If the answer is neutral, you now know the answer. Think twice about it.
Is there a better way to do this that would make our brand stronger.

If you do not have a brand promise, having one can help grow you brand. Look at your tagline for a clue. Disneyland is know as the Happiest Place on Earth. If I worked for Disneyland, each decision I would make, I would think how does this decision affect the customer experience – happiness. Does it make it stronger, weaker or neutral.
