When you think of your business, think of a flashlight. The casing or the shell of the flashlight is your business model. The main reason people buy a flashlight is for the light. A bright light comes from a strong battery. The battery in the flashlight is the brand in your business. A strong brand attracts and keeps more profitable customers.
Just like the battery in a flashlight, if it is not recharged it gets weaker and the light gets weaker. Brands need to be recharged on a regular basis to keep the power of attraction strong. Go into 2019, with a strong brand.
