Today’s Article:  What are the top three mistakes you want to avoid in creating or having a mobile friendly website?

Google is the number one search engine in the world with over 100 billion searches a month. A best practice is to listen to what they have to share and how they can help you.

According to Google, what are the top three mistakes companies want to avoid?

Mistake 1 – Forgetting their mobile customer.
Have a mobile-friendly site that is useful for mobile customers in finding what they want.

Mistake 2 – Implementing the mobile site on a different domain, sub domain, or subdirectory from the desktop site.
Use responsive web design (RWD) and serve desktop and mobile on the same URL! Responsive web design is Google’s recommended configuration.

Mistake 3 – Working in isolation rather than looking around for inspiration.
When people search for info, they go to more than one site. Check out other competitor sites and best practices.
